Our Tea Tonic is sold in 10 tea bag packages that yields 5 gallons of tea tonic. That's a 40 day supply drinking 16 oz per day. Each tea bag yields 1/2 gallon.

Directions:

Put 1 quart of water on the stove and heat until the water boils. Turn off the heat and put in 1 tea bag. let it steep for 6-8 hours. Add another quart of water (or other liquid) to make 1/2 gallon of Cherokee Tea Tonic.

It's best to drink 2 glasses per day with meals.
